Chicken in the City by Liza Charlesworth

This entry in the popular Grammar Tales! series is ideal for early lessons on this part of speech. We love the Grammar Tales series--they're a perfect, fun intro to early lessons on basic grammar topics! And, scholastic has another series similar to Grammar Tales. It's called 'Parts of Speech Tales' and one of the eight included books is a different book about nouns -- one that's similar in level and concept to Chicken in the City. It's called The Noun Hound.
